Hey cigar, thanks for the thoughts. The knee is pretty darn fantastic. I can hard walk a good 3 miles at 16 minute or under pace. If it starts to feel a little swollen I lay off or lighten up.

I havent watched much baseball this year, but one of my former favorite Tiger pitchers is on for the Mets.
A couple of Detroit players I wanted to keep, Max Scherzer and Marian Hossa. I would say Justin Verlander too but by the time he left the Tigers had given up so I was glad to see him go to Houston and win a World Series.
Good for you. Very smart to listen to your body. Thats a darn good pace 3 miles in 16 minutes.
Yeah in cooler mornings I can do that, the 75 degrees 93% humidity mornings I have to slow down lol. I think those mornings are gone for this year now.
