Not a very good video, but this may be were Raymond was injured.

Glad it’s not long-term, but this is exactly the excuse the Wings need to keep Raymond out of the NHL next year. I mean because of the stretch provision of a RFA it was doubtful—but now forget about it. I even think this puts the AHL out of reach until after his next season over there (in Sweden) finishes. Then he’ll be brought over then go through the AHL following the typical Red Wings development path instead of treating him like a high level prospect that is developed in the NHL. Hello NHL in ‘23-‘24. Ready for another 2 years of the past seasons yet?

Raymond is still a kid and even given the slow
pace at which young talents are afforded big mins
in the top Swedish league he’s been impressive but
not dominant.

Never saw him playing in Detroit until very end of season
next year. Seeing our talent now playing over there is going to
be a gradual thing. Seider for sure - just gotta keep that kid healthy.
