At this point, with the pace they are on, it's fair to assume the Caps are going to leapfrog the Flyers for the Metro #3 spot. That said, it's really the Flyers whom the Wings have the best chance at beating for that final WC spot.

Flyers are 3 points ahead of Detroit with a game in hand. Both teams have been playing bad. It's race to see who can suck the least the next three weeks.
