Going Forward

02/25/2020 at 7:15pm EST

We still have no clear cut idea of what to expect going forward, but, one thing is for sure, Steve Yzerman showed us that making trades isn't as hard as we were told by our previous GM. How this plays out for the remainder of the season could be worth watching. Mainly because we're going to see a few new faces out on the ice, and maybe, just maybe, an honest effort. I've read that the AA trade was a bit of a shocker to some of the younger guys. Oh well, business is business. Hopefully the fact that no job is safe will be the wake up call to make the guys go out there, and, at least show some pride, and stop being an embarrassment to the Winged Wheel, and most importantly, to the fans that pay their salaries.

About Abel to Yzerman

Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. Re-phrase: we do little research, find facts and stats highly overrated and claim little to no preparation. There are 19 readers of A2Y. No more, no less. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that.
