After one period we had a 2-2 game, after two periods it was 3-3 but I made a mental note of Tampa looking like a tired team.
The Wigs took advantage in the third period by scoring twice in just under six minutes to take a 5-3 lead.
The Bolts scored with their goalie pulled to make it 5-4 then Perron fired the puck into an empty net to lead by two again.
Detroit added another empty netter to make the final 7-4.
