He's been about signing third tier, end-of-career free agents to prolong a streak that resulted in first round loss after first round loss after first round loss. He's been about extending contracts of mediocre players, overpaying those players by huge amounts, tying up a budget in a hard cap league, operating from a stance of ignorance that is so frigging staggering that every move seems to compound the last disgusting decision.

Ken Holland was nothing but a middle man, the money distributor and the smiling overrated slick haired wonderkind who fooled us all. He is not the man to "rebuild this team."
