The last few weeks I've been laying low and dealing with health issues again. In and out and in again of emergency rooms and hospitals is not what I planned for but I am dealing with this as best as I can. Yes I am growing very tired of this but refuse to give in to this disease.
I've been experiencing stomach issues and now have been diagnosed with diabetic macular edema (DME). Basically fluid builds up behind the retina causing blurred vision. I am meeting with an eye specialist on April 10th and will know the course of action then.
I'm tired, drained and just want to feel better. Please keep me in your thoughts.

I can understand how you could feel depressed after all you've been through in the past 12 months. But you've got a support network much larger than most, and we all want the very best for you. So keep that in your heart when you're feeling low. We're here to help lift you up whenever you need it.
Thanks OTC. I am eating right, as a matter of fact barely eating. No appetite these days and when I do eat, I am full after a few bites.
I get it. I lost 20 pounds this past year due to two injuries and a bout with COVID. Not the best weight-loss plan, but you've got to take the "wins" when they're presented to you. I hope all of this crap for you ends soon.
All the best for you Paul. As we age, the longer the recovery time. Its easy to be discouraged when you dont respond to treatment as quickly as you used to. We understand that your health comes first and we want what is best for you. We arent going anywhere. Will keep you in thoughts.
