The independent report was finally completed in  mid november I believe and released to Hockey Canada and *interested* parties, but there was an appeal so it was not released publically.

There was a time many months back when many players on the team came out and stated exactly where they were and what they were doing at the time of the attack. I can't remember all the details, but I was tracking it at the time and exactly the number of players accused were silent, and Dube was one of them. Not sure about Hart.

From lawyer Scott K. Fenton, speaking for Clague, Bean and Hart: None of the players you reference engaged in any wrongdoing, all of the players co-operated fully with the independent London Police Service investigation in 2018, and all players were then cleared of any wrongdoing. So there's that. 

Hart is represented by Wasserman Hockey. Regarding questions to three agents about six players at Wasserman Hockey, Global News was contacted by Fenton.
