The Vancouver Canucks have signed forward Jeff Cowan to a two-year contract extension, the NHL team announced Thursday. Cowan, 30, played 42 for the Canucks last season after being claimed off waivers from the Los Angeles Kings. He had seven goals, three assists and 93 penalty minutes with Vancouver.We'll see what the terms were. I wonder if the negotiations between Dave Nonis and Jeff Cowan (mentioned the other day) followed my script:
