Defensive coverage by the Wings was terrible in the first period and goaltending wasn't much better. Arizona up 3-1 after twenty minutes.

Just over a minute played in the second period the Coyotes scored again and Greiss replaced Nedeljkovic. Greiss promptly gave one up, 5-1 Coyotes.

Greiss gave up two goals in under four minutes and Nedeljkovic back in net. After forty minutes, Arizona lead 7-2.

A nondescript third period, game ends with Arizona winning 9-2.

Detroit goals are below along with a Seider elbow,

Minnesota in town Thursday (ESPN+), then the Wings head on a western Canada trip. Saturday in Calgary (7pm ET), next Tuesday in Edmonton 9pm ET) and next Thursday in Vancouver (10pm ET). Then on to Seattle next Saturday (10pm ET).
