The Wing scored around the 7 minute mark in the 1st period to make it 1-0 but the Senators scored late to make it 1-1.
The 2nd period had Ottawa score twice so after 40 minutes the Sens were up 3-1.
In the 3rd period, the Wings scored with just over 7 minutes left to make it 3-2 but Ottawa added 2 empty net goals to make the final score 5-2.
