-- The clubs will meet three times in the 2014-15 season: at CAR: Dec. 7 (DET 3-1) and Apr. 11; and at DET. Apr. 7.
-- The teams met three times in 2013-14; Detroit won the season series 2-1-0; Carolina posted a 1-0-1 record in those games.
-- Since the team’s relocation, the Hurricanes have won one regular-season game at Joe Louis Arena (4/11/14).
