Well that was a disorganized mess, free shots on Greiss, one goal in six periods.  Next game comes quickly, so they have a chance to put this one behind them.

In my opinion only 3 guys came to play: Larkin, Mo, Gagner.

Staal & Dekyser remind me of Kronwall & Ericsson in their final seasons, slow and mistake prone…. confused

That was Ugly. The Wings played soft which made them turnover machines. Keystone cops

Adjustments for Bert and Hronek messed up our already fragile chemistry/ confidence.

The Wing’s semi-hot start may have led fans to believe that we’re closer to getting back in the hunt than we really are.  This still isn’t a very good team.  You also have to wonder how much more slack the Wings are willing cut for serial under-performers like Robby Fabbri and Filip Zadina.  If what we’ve seen so far from both is indicative of their true value, it’s time to move along.  In the of the latter, that’s especially true.  Zadina remains the crown jewel of Ken Holland’s final draft as Detroit’s general manager.

Keep scratching one of your not many NHL-level defensemen.
It worked beautifully!

Almost like I said this before the season and for who knows what reason, Hronek is playing 25min per game.

Hronek is not a #1/2 defenseman he’s at best a 3/4. On his best day he might be a #3.

There’s no reason to have DDK or Staal at this point but they gave them both the As so we’re stuck with them until they decide to willingly leave or Yzerman decides that these two clowns really are like Errorson 2.0, both of them.

Stetcher needs more practice time or something, looked like he was lost out there in peewee league.

Problem is Blashill messing up the goalies, Griess should have played the Calgary game and Ned the Montreal game.  As well Bert’s fault for not being there, not only Bert took the night off the whole team felt like taking a paid night off!!!
