Schenn went to the box with a 2 minute penalty for charging.

It’s not just them, it’s the new-guard NHL. These guys are human missile’s and the have no qualms about end another human being and HOPING (I’m assming at least) they dont’ end the other guys career, just his night.
Between guys, no matter who you are or hit, not having to defend themselves for bad hits and the inconsistent calls and suspensions, it’ll take a broken neck or a seizure on the ice for the league to take this seriously.

another Schenn hit where he blatantly leaves his feet, this guy’s MO I guess
HTO hit the nail on the head, someone will have to be paralyzed or killed for the garage league to figure it out
the rule about leaving your feet is in the book, just needs to be enforced. should be black & white, you leave your feet it is automatic 2 minutes or more

I watched this live and thought it was definitely a charge for leaving his feet. However, just looking at the MSG (I only had CSN), his left skate is still on the ice at initial impact, ~39 second mark. Again, that’s so close that seeing it live I think it’s the right call.
