BOSTON - The Boston Bruins issued the following update on defenseman Torey Krug:
Torey Krug sustained an injury to his left ankle during the first period of the Bruins preseason game against the Philadelphia Flyers on September 29 at TD Garden. Krug will be re-evaluated in approximately three weeks.
