from Curtis Pashelka of the Mercury News,
After two days of trades, draft picks, rumors and speculation at the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Sharks are still in search of a No. 1 goalie.
Sharks general manager Doug Wilson didn't make a major move to immediately improve his team over two days at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida, but he said Saturday that he believes he still has options, and time, to fill the holes on his roster at defense, and especially in goal.
A handful of goalie trade targets were taken off the board Saturday, as Cam Talbot, Eddie Lack, Anton Khudobin and Antti Raanta were dealt to new teams. The Sharks also traded pending unrestricted free agent Antti Niemi to the Dallas Stars for a seventh-round draft choice, leaving Alex Stalock and Troy Grosenick as the only goalies signed for next season.
"There are several goalies still out there that are potentially available," Wilson said. "We'll address the goaltending situation. I have no concerns about that."
Wilson said he'll look more toward the trade market rather than unrestricted free agency to find the goalie he wants.
