The game is up and running (I went two out of three last night in Game Two of the Western Conference Finals between the Chicago Blackhawks and he Los Angeles Kings). Now, how do you play? It is pretty easy you go here and sign up for the NHL Hat Trick Challenge Presented by Enterprise to predict what happens on the ice. As a faithful Kukla’s Korner reader be sure to select the Kukla’s Korner league once you have signed up.
The objective is to accumulate the most “Hat Tricks”. To score a hat trick, you must correctly answer all three questions based on possible outcomes involving NHL games. There are three new questions each day and each question only has one right answer.
Example: here are today’s questions:
Will Daniel Briere have an assist in Game 3?
Will Dan Girardi score a goal in Game 3?
Which team will in Game 3?
Rather simple. You can go on your gut instinct or use some fancy stats to make your predications every day.
The Grand Prize is awarded to entry that has accumulated the most Hat Tricks during the season. There may even be other prizes given away as we go along so you may want to sign up and make sure to check back.
You do not have to play every day to qualify for prizing, but it certainly will help your chances.
I created the Kukla’s Korner league as a public league already . Along with the league we will have posts about it, tweets, and some helpful commentary here on Kukla’s Korner but also on Twitter (@KuklasKorner and myself @MonicaMcAlister and use the hashtag #NHLHatTrickChallenge to engage on Twitter for NHL Hat Trick Challenge bonus material.
So what are you waiting for? Come on over and sign up and invite your friends, family and co-workers and give it a shot!
