from Rich Chere of NJ.com,
Travis Zajac (lower body and flu), Adam Larsson (flu), Bryce Salvador (lower body) and Ryane Clowe (concussion) all remain out.
Lamoriello explained Cammalleri's injury, which knocked him out of the Washington game.
"He pulled a muscle in his butt. It's better today, but it's not good. You just can't take a chance," Lamoriello said. "We'll leave him home and have him worked on. To get on a plane and travel there, with the soreness, it's just not worth it."
Larsson is still battling the flu and will be put on long-term IR (seven days retroactive) Monday. Lamoriello said there is no indication it is mumps, although Larsson and Zajac have had blood tests in an effort to rule out the illness. Lamoriello said it takes 5-7 days to get the results.
"I could not say to you it is no and I could not say it is," the GM said. "It's going around the league. It's now magnified. They could have it. Both of them. Travis is much better and hopefully we get him skating in the next few days.
