I Guess You Can Call This A Cross-Promotion

It probably isn't the ticket offer most Sixers fans were expecting to get when they checked their inbox.

The Sixers sent an email recently to their season ticket holders, asking if they wanted to buy New Jersey Devils tickets. Why?

The Devils and the Sixers share the same owner in Joshua Harris, who purchased the Devils earlier this year. The decision by Harris to buy the Devils was not met well in Philadelphia, with Sixers fans less than pleased their owner was buying a rival team of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Moments like these are probably why.

Here is how the email, selling tickets to the Devils-New York Rangers game at Yankee Stadium began:
