On how Tyler Seguin looked in his first practice coming back from an Achilles injury.

"I thought he got through it OK. It's hard to tell, it was a light skate. I don't think he was at full speed, but it was good to see him back out there."

On if there is a status update on Seguin for Game 1

"No, we just go day-to-day. I'm not going to rule him out, but I can't tell you he's in right now."

On how important today was for Seguin in terms of taking the next step

"It's important. I think today was the next step. I think when he can go 100 percent, go full out, really stressed, we'll know where he's at. It might be tomorrow, it might be Wednesday, but today was a good step in the right direction for him."
