Kukla's Korner

Kukla's Korner Hockey

Normally this is about the time I would give you a little lecture regarding made-up, false, fake rumors.

I know the majority of KK readers are way past that stage and don’t even have the time for it, but there are some who think some of these people have “sources”.

But instead of that little lecture, I will turn it over to player agent Allan Walsh who just tweeted these…

Let’s say it the way it is. NHL GM’s share trade/UFA strategy with very tight circle of staff. Do you really think rumor guys have a clue?

This time of year, GM’s and people in the know are laughing at the so called internet rumor guys and their breathless “updates”.

So if you wish to continue believing in these people go for it, but you are being fooled and need to be very careful in who you believe these days.

Watch, I can do what others do… Without naming names, I’ve been told Ryan Smyth will soon be signing.

I’ve heard, from varying sources, that Parise, Suter and Semin are a package deal. Kinda the way Lebron, Bosh and Wade were. FWIW

I don’t pay any attention to it, but have to admit: the idiotic crap that the Hawks would even consider the Nuk’s Bobby Lu, irritates me just to see it on the page.  Total BS from day one and people should be ashamed of themselves.

On that note.. It is soooo tempting to start one that Lidstrom is considering coming out of retirement….. to play with Colorado.  Just to make you wingnuts cringe at the thought.

Copy that, Paul.  Just a good reminder in this free agent market.
