Agree, disagree?
In case you missed the news, Corey Crawford signed for $36M over 6 years.
With the talk of the salary cap hitting the $80M mark in 3-4 years, I think the contract is a little over-priced, but not a bad signing at all.

Jim Matheson of the Edmonton Journal with his take..
Hawks’ owner Rocky Wirtz can spend his money any way he wants, of course. And they make bucketfuls at the United Center, 22,000 a night. There is an internal cap ceiling there. Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane make $6.3 mil per. Brent Seabrook is $5.8 mil, Duncan Keith is at $5.5 mil, Marian Hossa $5.25 mil. Toews is likely $2 million less than he could get as one of the game’s best leaders and all-around players. Now, Crawford is the third highest paid player on the Cup champions.
Me? I’d like to see more of Crawford, who was making $2.66 million last year, before I give him $6 million for six years. He’s a good NHL goalie. Is he $6 million good?

See how well he plays without 5 foot tall goalie pads

3 or 4 years would have been better. He has shown he can win, but not sure if he has shown he can be consistent.
