Canes in 7 and Stars in 6.
Canes v. Cats: Canes in Seven.
Stars v. Knights: Knights in Seven.
They will be awesome.
Exactly. Even though these arent big markets per se, these teams all have their advantages. Dallas has depth and goaltending, Vegas has a suddenly hot goalie out of nowhere and deeeeeeep skaters, Florida also with a hot goalie and some guys getting hot at the right time, and Carolinas system just smothers other teams and has all of 2023. These are too close to call but Id say its a Dallas/Carolina final. Nothing would surprise me, though.
Again no prediction, but hoping the Knights take out the Steers, and for Florida to advance to the SCF's.
Canes in 7
Knights in 6
Canes in 7
Stars in 5
I do not have a prediction but I think it is cool there are no megasuperstars on any of these teams. Just solid hockey players.
I hope both series go at least six games.
I'm late to the party so don't exclude me. I was 2-2 in the second round, so 6-6 overall.
Eastern Conference
Carolina Hurricanes in 7, in OT
Western Conference
Vegas Golden Knights in 6 in front of a very rowdy Dallas crowd.
