Near the end of the video she asks Babcock about his time in Toronto . Babcock says We made sure we finished last to get Mitch Marner. Wow, I didn't recall him saying that when I first watched the interview a few years back.

I don't remember any tanking talk and I watched the vid when it came out too.
I believe he said they made sure they finished last to get Austin Matthews.
