The NHL will return on Tuesday, December 27th with 20 teams in action.

I will be around for a few more hours and then posts will be very sporadic until news starts to flow again.

Meanwhile, I will be busy preparing this.

I decided to celebrate my Father's heritage on Christmas Day. Kielbasa, both smoked and fresh (direct from Dearborn Sausage), & kapusta (braised sauerkraut), golumpki (stuffed Polish cabbage) and pierogi. Dessert will be Szarlotka, a Polish style apple pie.

Dinner will be well worth the effort and is a good sign my health is improving. Time to get my apron on soon.
