Regardless of what Gary and Bill say, the motion ads on the boards are horrible. I'm positive it has to do with my concussion history but it gives me vertigo every time the motion is moving opposite of the play.

He's such a kid, it's kinda crazy. He's still in that awkward, bashful phase (though maybe that's just who he is), but Espn is working hard to push him. It's just too soon. He hasn't done anything in the league yet for them to be profiling him so hard, doing interviews with Crosby, showing his reaction on the bench for goals, etc.

Without a doubt he's going to be a star. I just think it's a little too soon to be pushing him on the audience, because he hasn't even finished his first game.

Did anyone else drink every time the name Beddard was said? If you did, you likely passed out well before the Chicago game even started. At one point I thought they were going to reserve half the screen to show Beddard's warmup skate reducing the Lightning - Preds game to half a screen.

I have to say I found it amusing that he first forgot his stick and then forgot his helmet (young players now have to wear helmets during warmups).
