Reached late in the afternoon via e-mail, team president Cam Neely said he would have “plenty to say in due time.’’ But that time obviously isn’t now. Julien, if he is dismissed in the Hub of Hockey, would be a prime candidate for the Senators job. The French-speaking Julien is from Orleans, a suburb of Ottawa, which is the Canadian capital.
