A very specific group there...especially with the video coordinator.

Buffalo and Ottawa should be huge disappointments.  Both have top end lottery talent, much better luck than the Red Wings, and both were picked by virtually everyone to finish higher than the Wings, even in the top 3 of the Division.

The problem with the Video Coordinator was that he was still using VHS tapes.

And just like that, Tage Thompson becomes a fantasy league keeper again.  Not surprised by this move; Granato tried to impose a defense-first methodology after a season where Buffalo was nearly leading the league in goals for, with fairly negative results.  Buffalo's problems aren't entirely coaching-related, however, they need another defensive D or two and better consistency in goal.  UPL is coming around though so we'll see there...
