from Pierre LeBrun of ESPN,
Patric Hornqvist is off to such a nice start playing with Sidney Crosby and Chris Kunitz in Pittsburgh that one almost forgets the player who went the other was as part of the draft day trade. Um, James Neal, anyone? How about a natural hat trick for Neal on Thursday night as his Nashville Predators topped the Chicago Blackhawks 3-2 at a buzzing Bridgestone Arena? I wrote about the surprising Preds earlier on Wednesday and noted that most people are waiting for their bubble to burst. By handing the Blackhawks their first loss in regulation this season, the Predators -- the Predators! -- are the last remaining club in the entire NHL without a regulation loss. At 5-0-2, they are one of the great unexpected stories of the young season.
continue for Custance on Jonathan Quick and Strang on Pavel Datsyuk...
