"I've talked to a number of teams. Somebody told me today Washington is trying to do a little bit too. I said, 'Good luck' because it just seems that we're all talking to each other, we're all trying to get one more piece or whatever but the bottom line is nothing's happening," Murray said.

"I don't know whether it's because of the cap system or it's everybody is so close we're all afraid to make a mistake but certainly it appears more difficult now to make a trade than ever."
