Blue Jackets Place Brandon Dubinsky On IR

from Aaron Portzline of Puck-Rakers,

This Blue Jackets' training camp should have been sponsored by Barnum and Bailey. The circus continued on Tuesday, with another injury to a key player and an out-of-nowhere waiver claim.

On Monday, Blue Jackets center Brandon Dubinsky left practice after only 10 minutes. He was described as "banged up, nicked up" by coach Todd Richards.

This morning, Richards acknowledged it's more serious. This afternoon, the club placed Dubinsky on injured reserve and proclaimed him "out indefinitely" because of a lower-body injury.
