I do not blame kassian one bit! Tkachuk got off easy for the beating he took. Just like his daddy and brother; dirtbags!

Lol! Awesome! Thanks for posting that Paul! It confirms what Kassian said about Dirtchuk: ” he’s a puzzy!”

Love it!

Two separate incidents with Zack Kassian-Matthew Tkachuk tonight. If officials made correct call, Tkachuk would’ve been removed from the game in the first period after an illegal check to the head of Kassian at 9:18 in the first period

The league behaves as if guys like Marchand and Tkachuk
are cute and fun and good for marketing as “opponents you love to hate”.

I don’t know if it’s the combination of skill and utter and constant dangerous disrespect for opponents, or the name on the jersey, or playing for certain teams with more connected owners, but it’s really as if these select players are playing under special rules.

It’s not cute. It’s not funny. When a player launches himself
blindside directly into an opponent’s neck? No call. So he does it again.
Opponent blows up and is the only one penalized…so he does it again.
I’m not saying all the hits are exactly the same. But there is blatant disregard
and ridiculous charges blindside and high.

You don’t wish serious injury on a player, but it would be nice if Tkachuk
had to take a 90’s style beating and feel it for the next couple weeks.
The league is basically giving him a huge platform to take runs at opponents,
jaw at them, then run away. The other even uglier Tkachuk on Ottawa tries to mug somebody toward the end of every game. It seems obvious they’re protected as high draft picks and second-generation NHL players. Sooner or later someone is going to get a few clean shots in and they aren’t going to be laughing.
