Video- George Parros Hits The Ice Face First

Parros seemed to trip or get tangled up with Colton Orr, then went face first to the ice.

Reports out of Montreal state Parros is headed to the hospital.

note 10:29pm The first video is now a much longer one, from the fight to Parros being taken off on a stretcher.

added 10:06pm, Added a zoomed-in view below after receiving a tweet about Orr grabbing the sweater of Parros.  Decide for yourself and it could be Orr just trying to hold on and not pulling Parros down.

Hope he’s okay too, but I hate how this is what is highlighted here after a great night of hockey.

Does anyone see the irony in this?  A guy that can’t skate and provides nothing to the game other than his fists gets K.O.ed by the ice.  And NBCsports used this as proof that players need to keep their helmets on when the fight… FOOLS!!!

Definitely not Orr’s fault. It seems pretty clear by Orr’s reaction that he immediately knew it was bad news. He started to fall and reacted by grabbing onto something, pretty natural.
