Shea Weber Had Tendon Surgery On His Foot Today

MONTREAL (March 13, 2018) – The Montreal Canadiens announced that defenseman Shea Weber underwent surgery earlier today to repair an injury to tendons in his left foot. His recovery period is expected to be six months. Surgery was performed by foot and ankle specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Club will coordinate a media opportunity with Shea at a later date.
