Green to Oilers for Brodziak’s contract (he’s done playing) and a conditional 4th round pick in 2020, which becomes a 3rd round pick in 2021 if Edmonton makes the conf final AND Green plays in half the games. Wings also retain 50% of Green’s salary.

Guess this goes in the “Better than Nothing” file.

FWIW, Green waived his NTC to go.

It’s hilarious the Leafs play “Your Make My Dreams Come True” after every goal.
Twice in the second half of the second to get within one goal. And then fell silent for the entire third as Ayers did his part to shut the door and make his dreams come true.

To the credit of some of the Leafs fans there was some noticeable applause for him when he made some pretty solid saves.

And they threw in Kuffner? for Gagner? why? Don’t like it. Kuffner shoots well. Hope Steve had a trade lined up for Gagner then after this then.
