Chicago Blackhawks Selling ‘Ice’ From June Stanley Cup Run

At the end of the season, the crew at the United Center goes about their job of melting and removing the home ice from the floor. It's a moment that passes with little fanfare or recognition. All the amazing moments that took place on that ice literally go down the drain. This year, we decided to do something different. We were on-hand for the ice removal to document the occasion and save a few precious pieces of that magical home ice. And we want to share it with you.

We're producing an extremely limited number of souvenir packages with the actual melted ice from the United Center floor. All proceeds benefit Chicago Blackhawks Charities.

Each vial of melted ice costs $99 USD plus shipping (U.S. and Canada only), and all proceeds benefit Chicago Blackhawks Charities. Each package contains:

Each vial of melted ice contains,WATER. You can keep it on your desk right next to your “Pet Rock”.

pretty clean water, considering the “source”. if it was for real there’d probably be some grit in it, and maybe Kane’s mouthguard from that time when Franzen knocked it out. i’d buy that.
