- Don says the Sharks are in trouble because they've iced it 5 times, and that's a sign that they're in trouble....He feels that the Pens know that the Sharks won't dump the puck in, unlike in Game 5, and in game 5 it paid off with a tic-tac-toe goal. He says he knows people don't like dump-ins but they work, if you put it in the corner and go after it that's the thing, 4 shots is a disgrace.
- Don shows Justin Schultz picking up the trailer and says that's always a good thing, then he shows Brian Dumolin passing the puck to Kessel when they had too many men and Kessel avoiding the too many men call, smart thing...Don says that there's someone named Aaron Dell who is the third goalie in San Jose, and he sits there throughout practice and waits until play is over to go out; one of the little things that helps Jones is that he doesn't go out and get jittery...
- Don says that he was a minor leaguer in 1963 at Detroit's camp, Gordie skated by and made a joke about trying to find his his jock, and then there's a catalogue of pucks stuck in pants as a little bit of levity...
- And Don says his favorite time on the ice is the black aces, and he introduces the Pens' black aces and assistant coaches.
