Thanks to George Malik for the summary.
- Don Cherry says the Sharks were practicing the wraparound this morning to use on Murray tonight.
- He gets a good dander up about the over-the-glass penalty and he notes that Dillon put another puck onto a Penguin's stick on the Hagelin goal on the subsequent play.
- Then Cherry segues into blocking shots and how to do it properly, "If you're gonna do it never face it".
- Don praises Matt Cullen with a little set of highlights and he praises Rutherford for snagging Cullen as a free agent.
- Then Cherry and Ron MacLean talk about a Pittsburgh Steelers place-kicker (Canadian) who has an 84% success rate, he apparently met Don at the morning skate, and they were given footballs and hats embroidered with Steelers logos...They rave about a Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher who is also Canadian and they also talk about the Pirates' 1960 championship being the last championship won in Pittsburgh, with Don pointing out that their left-fielder was one Yogi Berra, and so MacLean closes with, "You're the expert out of left field."
