Olympic meetings in NYC have ended.Today was day where all involved got Costs of Travel and Insurance.I'm sure some eyebrows were raised.

Fehr said he's still cautiously optimistic a deal can be struck but wouldn't put a time frame on it.

NEW YORK (April 12, 2013) – Bill Daly, Deputy Commissioner of the National Hockey League, today released the following statement regarding the meeting with officials from the International Olympic Committee and International Ice Hockey Federation:

“We had a good working session and were able to discuss all of the issues involved in the possibility of having NHL Players participate in the

2014 Sochi Games. The parties are committed to continuing to work through the process, but there remains work to be done on all sides.”
