Did Tie Domi, a role player whose skills are limited almost entirely to fighting, have anything to do with the dismissal of coach Pat Quinn? Commentator Bill Watters, a former Leafs executive, suggested yes, because of Domi's close friendship with Larry Tanenbaum, who is the chairman of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, the company that owns the Leafs.
