Soccer Saturday Super 6 tips for Round 57

04/12/2018 at 10:56am EDT

By Michael,

Another opportunity to win the massive fortune on offer through the Soccer Saturday Super 6 is upon us and all you need to do is correctly predict the outcome of six selected football fixtures. It doesn’t sound all that hard but in reality, it’s something that takes a lot of luck to get right, which makes sense of why SkyBet offer between £1,000 and £1,000,000 to the person who is spot on with their attempt.

There aren’t too many places that offer their suggestions on what results to back in the SkyBet Super 6 but Footy Accumulatorsrun their own Super 6 tips page, which is updated weekly with all their own predicted results. They always provide football tips, previews and the best odds on the market too, so they’re worth checking out.

Check out Super 6 tips for Round 57 below:

Burnley v Leicester CityPrediction: 2-1

One of the key talking points of the season has been the incredible performances of Burnley, who were expected to be stuck in a relegation scrap but ended up being stronger than Leicester City, Everton, Bournemouth and Watford, with a current seventh place position being a dream for their fans.

They’ve shown the most strength on home soil, where they go unbeaten in ten of fifteen games. It would make sense to back them against any side below the top four, but Leicester City are likely to fall short, as they’ve yo-yoed in form recently. To their credit, Leicester City have shown better strength away from home, scoring twelve goals in their last five away games, so tipping The Foxes to score at least one is to be expected.

Crystal Palace v Brighton & Hove Albion – Prediction: 1-1

It’s tough to work out what the result will be between Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion, and it could be the tightest game of the weekend, so a draw seems like the most likely outcome. The Eagles are struggling to stay afloat in the table, now just three points safe from the drop, and Brighton are four places higher with a crucial four-point lead. Brighton’s better form comes at home, so it’s unlikely they’d be capable of taking all three points at Selhurst Park.

Huddersfield Town v Watford – Prediction: 1-4

Many still see Huddersfield Town as being strong enough to see future seasons in the Premier League but their game plan hasn’t proven all too much, so going six games on the bounce without a win is what we’re predicting here. They’re capable of scoring and have caused some shocks this season but up against a Watford side who’ve shown some reliable form under their new manager, we expect it’ll be The Hornets who come out on top.

Swansea City v Everton – Prediction: 0-2

With Swansea City’s confidence boost gradually running out, The Swans go four games without a win, losing to Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, as well as only being able to take a draw with Huddersfield Town and West Bromwich Albion. They welcome Everton to the Liberty Stadium and, even with The Toffees’ poor form, this will surely be their best chance to dominate, so a 2-0 win for Sam Allardyce’s men is to be expected.

Burton Albion v Derby County – Prediction: 1-3

The weekend’s big derby sees struggling Burton Albion hosting nearby play-off chasing Derby County in a game that means everything to both sides. The Brewers are stuck at the bottom of the Championship and haven’t won a single game at home since September, but Derby County are throwing away any chance of making it into the top two, only made worse through their unambitious 2-0 defeat to Wolves in midweek. They’re joint on points with Millwall and are sitting at fifth, so they need to win. Most of their wins this season have been away from home, so they’ll surely dominate and are clear favourites to win the game.

Norwich City v Cardiff City – Prediction: 1-1

Slipping out of the top two has been damaging to Cardiff City’s chances of automatic promotion and the point that puts them behind Fulham is enough to frustrate Neil Warnock. They were unbeaten in eleven before losing to both Wolves and Aston Villa, so we don’t expect them as being able to beat Norwich City away from home. Norwich City are far from perfect and see themselves at thirteenth after another lacklustre season. This is a good chance for them to stop one of the big boys, with hopes they could make a late push for the play-offs.
