from Aaron Portzline of Puck-Rakers,
The Blue Jackets have a 10-game point streak after tonight. Once left for dead, the Jackets are 6-0-4 in that span and -- Holy Bobrovsky! -- only two points out of the Stanley Cup playoffs in the Western Conference as this is being typed.
Bobrovsky may not be the only reason, but he's at the top of the list. He may be the first four or five names.
In his last eight games, including one relief outing, he's stopped 239 of 245 shots, a .976 save percentage that's almost hard to fathom. After going 98 games into his career with out a shutout, he now has two shutties in his last five outings. The Blue Jackets have scored two goals in their last three games ... and earned four points in the standings.
