McDAVID, OILERS HAND DEVILS FIRST ROAD LOSS
Connor McDavid collected three assists to extend his point streak to five games (2-6—8) and help the Oilershand the Devils their first road loss of the season.

* McDavid, who registered at least three points in a game for the 17th time in his career, ranks third in the NHL in games with three or more points since entering the League in 2015-16, behind only Patrick Kane (21) andNicklas Backstrom (18). The reigning Hart and Art Ross Trophy winner leads all players with 13 such performances over the past two seasons.

* ICYMI: McDavid and Devils forward Brian Boyle, who was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia in September, participated in the ceremonial face-off as part of Edmonton's Hockey Fights Cancer Night.


PREDATORS DEFEAT DUCKS IN REMATCH OF WESTERN CONFERENCE FINAL
Scott Hartnell
scored while skating in his 1,200th career NHL game to help Nashville defeat Anaheim in their first meeting since the 2017 Western Conference Final, a 4-2 series triumph by the Predators that propelled them into the Stanley Cup Final for the first time in franchise history.

* Hartnell became the ninth active player to reach the 1,200-game milestone, joining Jaromir Jagr, Patrick Marleau, Joe Thornton, Matt Cullen, Zdeno Chara, Marian Hossa, Henrik Sedin and Daniel Sedin.

SENATORS HOST GOLDEN KNIGHTS IN FINAL GAME BEFORE SWEDEN TRIP
The Senators, who have recorded at least one point in six of their last seven games (3-1-3), host the Golden Knights in their first-ever meeting, the lone matinee on a 13-game Saturday. The contest marks the final tune-up for Ottawa before it travels overseas for the 2017 SAP NHL Global Series, a doubleheader set against the Avalanche at the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden on Nov. 10 and 11.


DUCKS’ COGLIANO EXPECTED TO PLAY IN 800TH CONSECUTIVE GAME
Ducks forward Andrew Cogliano is expected to play in his 800th career NHL game when Anaheim visits San Jose tonight. Should he suit up against the Sharks, Cogliano would become the fourth player in NHL history to play in 800 consecutive games, and just the second to do so from the start of his career.
