BLACKHAWKS RALLY FROM THREE-GOAL DEFICIT, WIN IN OT
The Blackhawks rallied from a three-goal, third period deficit and had a potential overtime goal overturned by a Situation Room initiated challenge for an off-side entry, before Marian Hossa (1-0—1) ended the game in extra time to complete the comeback.

* Elias notes that the Blackhawks overcame a three-goal deficit in the third period to win for the first time since Nov. 24, 1995 at ANA (5-4 OT W).

* The Blackhawks improved to 11-1-2 in their last 14 outings and 13-4-2 (28 points) overall, the top record in the Western Conference.

* Hossa scored his 14th career overtime goal, tying Daniel Sedin for third among active players behind Jaromir Jagr (19) and Alex Ovechkin (18). He has recorded 8-2—10 in his last nine games, including three game-winning goals.

PRICE, RASK CONTINUE HOT STARTS
Canadiens goaltender Carey Price (31 SV) and Bruins netminder Tuukka Rask (11 SV) backstopped their teams to victories on Saturday. The two veteran goaltenders share the League-lead with 11 wins this season.

* Price improved to 11-0-1 with a 1.58 goals-against average, .950 save percentage and two shutouts. Per Elias, he is the first Canadiens goaltender without a regulation loss in his first 12 games of a season since Ken Dryden in 1972-73 (8-0-4). Elias adds he is the second goaltender in franchise history to win 11 of his first 12 games of a season behind Charlie Hodge in 1960-61 (11-1-0).

* Rask improved to 11-2-0 with a 1.46 goals-against average, .946 save percentage and three shutouts. According to Elias, he is just the fourth goaltender in Bruins history to earn 11 wins in his first 13 appearances of a season (Tiny Thompson: 11-2-0 in 1929-30; Gilles Gilbert: 11-2-0 in 1973-74; Ross Brooks: 11-1-0 in 1973-74).

LIGHTNING WIN FOURTH STRAIGHT ON ROAD TRIP
Andrei Vasilevskiy made 32 saves to earn his second shutout of the season and Ondrej Palat led the offense with 1-1—2 to lead the Lightning to their fourth consecutive victory, all of which have come away from Amalie Arena.

* Vasilevskiy posted a shutout in back-to-back appearances (also 34 SV in 4-0 W at NYI on Nov. 14) to improve to 5-1-1 this season with a 1.43 goals-against average and .953 save percentage.

* The Lightning, who have outscored their opponents 15-4 during the winning streak, complete their five-game trip in Nashville on Monday night.

ICYMI: Josh Kerr, a Lightning fan from Philadelphia who wore a Tyler Johnson t-shirt to the game, caught Johnson's stick when it was knocked out of his hands and over the glass during the third period. As an added bonus, he met Johnson – who scored the game’s opening goal – after the game.

The Kings honored former goaltender and recent Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Rogie Vachon in a pre-game ceremony prior to their win over the Devils . . . Goaltender Anders Nilsson made 46 saves through regulation and overtime and stopped all three Penguins shootout attempts to help the Sabres snap a six-game slide (0-4-2) . . . The Blues extended their home point streak to eight games (6-0-2) and their overall win streak to three games . . . Forward Martin Hanzal scored 1:16 into overtime and goaltender Mike Smith made 43 saves to help the Coyotes win on their Hockey Fights Cancer night . . . Nathan MacKinnon (1-1—2) and Mikko Rantanen (1-1—2) helped the Avalanche rally from a two-goal, third period deficit to win . . . Canucks forwardDaniel Sedin (0-1—1) extended his point streak to eight games (4-5—9) . . . Stars forward Patrick Eaves (1-0—1) extended his career-high goal streak to five games (6-1—7) . . . Sabres forward William Carrier (8 GP) and Blackhawks forward Vinnie Hinostroza (17 GP) scored their first career NHL goals . . . Linesman Greg Devorskiwas honored prior to the Penguins-Sabres game for officiating his 1,500th NHL game.

HOMETOWN HOCKEY TOUR STOPS IN WINDSOR, ONTARIO
The Flames head to Detroit to face the Red Wings on Rogers Hometown Hockey, which will showcase the cross-border city of Windsor, Ontario. Captain Henrik Zetterberg is tied for the Red Wings team lead with 11 points (3-8—11) this season, while veteran forward Michael Frolik tops all Flames players with 6-6—12.

* Throughout 2016-17, Sunday games will be broadcast from a different community rink in various towns across Canada. Included in each telecast will be local NHL player profiles, grassroots stories and local entertainment features.
