MILESTONE GOALS HIGHLIGHT SATURDAY’S GAMES
Several milestone goals powered teams to wins on Saturday:

* Jaromir Jagr scored his 741st and 742nd career goals to move past Brett Hull (741) for third place in NHL history and lead the Panthers to a 2-0-1 record in their last three games. Jagr (742-1,103—1,845) also climbed within five points of tying Gordie Howe(801-1,049—1,850) for third place all-time. At 44 years, 5 days, Elias says that Jagr became the oldest player in NHL history to post a 20-goal season (20-23—43), the 19th such campaign of his career (tied for third all-time).

* Steven Stamkos recorded his 300th career goal to guide the Lightning to their second straight victory. At 26 years, 13 days, Elias notes that Stamkos became the ninth-youngest player in NHL history to reach the 300-goal milestone (550 GP). He also became the third player in Lightning history to compile 300 goals, joining Vincent Lecavalier (383 in 1,037 GP) and Martin St. Louis (365 in 972 GP).

* Shayne Gostisbehere scored 29 seconds into overtime to propel the Flyers to a 2-0-1 mark in their past three outings and extend his point streak to 15 games (5-13—18), adding to his NHL record for a rookie defenseman as well as his franchise record for any rookie. Gostisbehere notched his fourth overtime goal of the season; Elias says that is an NHL record for any rookie and also ties the League record for any defenseman, set byScott Niedermayer in 2001-02 (w/ NJD).

* Brad Marchand registered 2-1—3, including his 30th goal of the season, to lift the Bruins to an 11-5-1 record in their last 17 games. Marchand reached the 30-goal milestone for the first time (30-16—46 in 54 GP), eclipsing his career high of 28 set in 2011-12 (76 GP). He has scored in 13 of his past 16 games (15-4—19) to move into a share of fourth place in the NHL (w/ Jamie Benn).
