JAGR SCORES MILESTONE GOAL IN PANTHERS’ WIN . . .
Jaromir Jagr (1-1—2) scored his 732nd career goal and Aleksander Barkov (0-1—1) provided a dazzling tally in the shootout to power the Panthers to their fourth consecutive victory.

* Jagr moved past Marcel Dionne (731) and into sole possession of fourth place on the NHL’s all-time goals list. He now trails Brett Hull (741) by nine goals for a share of third place.

Most Goals, NHL History
1. Wayne Gretzky: 894
2. Gordie Howe: 801
3. Brett Hull: 741
4. Jaromir Jagr: 732
5. Marcel Dionne: 731

Most Goals, Active Players
1. Jaromir Jagr: 732
2. Jarome Iginla: 598
3. Alex Ovechkin: 492
4. Marian Hossa: 491
5. Patrick Marleau: 469

* “That goal was sweet and the win was even sweeter,” Jagr told Panthers.NHL.com. “It’s special. I’ve played with a lot of great players. That’s what makes it a lot easier for me. I started in Pittsburgh with great players and hopefully I’ll finish here with great players.”

* Both of Jagr’s points came via the power play, raising his career totals to 207-385—592 on the man-advantage. Per Elias, he ranks 14th in NHL history in power-play goals (four shy of tying Gordie Howe for 13th place) and 11th in power-play points (two shy of tyingSteve Yzerman for 10th place).

. . . OTHER ATLANTIC CLUBS KEEP PACE IN DIVISION RACE
Three other teams – the Bruins, Red Wings and Lightning – won on Sunday to keep pace in the crowded Atlantic Division, where the top six teams are separated by just six points:

* Jonas Gustavsson made 29 saves through overtime and denied all three shootout attempts he faced to help the Bruins pick up points for the 14th time in their past 15 games (11-1-3), including six straight (5-0-1). Gustavsson improved to 6-2-1 in 10 outings this season (2.43 GAA, .912 SV%) and 6-1-1 in nine career appearances vs. NJD (2.55 GAA, .903 SV%).

* The Red Wings scored a trio of second-period goals, including two in a span of 45 seconds, to overcome a 1-0 deficit and snap a three-game skid (0-1-2). Detroit has collected at least one point in 15 of his last 16 contests (9-1-6), including 11 of its past 12 games at Joe Louis Arena (7-1-4).

* Four players – Steven Stamkos (2-0—2), Alex Killorn (1-1—2), Nikita Kucherov (0-2—2) and Vladislav Namestnikov (0-2—2) – registered multiple points to guide the Lightning to their third win in their last four games. Ben Bishop (23 SV) improved to 8-0-3 in 12 career appearances vs. OTT, his former team (2.12 GAA, .929 SV%).

CAPITALS ERUPT FOR ANOTHER MULTI-GOAL COMEBACK VICTORY
Down 3-1 after the first period, the Capitals scored six unanswered goals – including four in the middle frame – to improve to 12-1-1 in their past 14 games, including five straight wins.

* At 24-6-2 (50 points), the Capitals continued their best start to a season – in terms of wins and points – in the franchise’s 41-year history. They also leapfrogged the idle Stars (24-7-2, 50 points) for first place in the NHL standings.

* Elias notes that the Capitals, who rallied from a 3-0 deficit in Friday’s 5-3 victory vs. TBL, overcame a multi-goal deficit to win consecutive games for the fifth time in club history. They last achieved that feat Oct. 24-27, 2009 (at NYI and vs. PHI, respectively).

* Five Capitals players collected multiple points, led by three apiece from Justin Williams(2-1—3), Marcus Johansson (1-2—3) and Nicklas Backstrom (0-3—3).

* Braden Holtby stopped 33 shots, including all 21 he faced over the final two periods, to pick up his League-leading 21st win of the season (27 GP) and extend his personal point streak to 14 consecutive decisions (13-0-1).

TOEWS (AGAIN) LIFTS BLACKHAWKS IN OVERTIME
Jonathan Toews scored at 2:21 of overtime to help the Blackhawks overcome a pair of one-goal deficits en route to their fifth victory in their past six games, including three straight.

* Toews notched his third overtime goal of the campaign (35 GP), tied for first in the NHL with Johnny Gaudreau (CGY) and Shayne Gostisbehere (PHI). Elias says that equals a Blackhawks record for overtime goals in one season, set by Kyle Calder in 2005-06 (79 GP) and matched by Marian Hossa in 2012-13 (40 GP).

* Toews also picked up his fifth game-winning goal of 2015-16, tied for first in the League with Taylor Hall (EDM), Evgeni Malkin (PIT) and Joe Pavelski (SJS).

* Patrick Kane provided 1-1—2, including the primary assist on Toews’ overtime winner. Kane, who continues to pace the NHL with 21-29—50 (35 GP), has registered at least one point in 32 of 35 games this season.

* Corey Crawford (33 SV) earned his 18th win of the campaign (28 GP), second in the NHL, and improved to 7-1-0 in his last eight appearances (1.11 GAA, .963 SV%, 3 SO).

MILESTONES & BENCHMARKS
* Panthers goaltender Roberto Luongo (30 SV) collected his 414th career win to move within nine of tying Tony Esposito (423) for seventh place in NHL history.

* Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews played in his 600th NHL game.

LOOSE PUCKS
Senators captain Erik Karlsson (1-0—1) logged 36:34. Via Elias, it was the most time on ice by a skater in a non-overtime, regular-season game since Feb. 23, 2008 (Dan Boyle: 37:03 w/ TBL vs. BOS) . . . Karlsson paces defensemen and ranks fourth among all skaters with 9-28—37 this season (34 GP) . . . Red Wings forward Dylan Larkin scored his 12th goal of the season (33 GP), tops among rookies . . . Devils goaltender Cory Schneider made 38 saves, including nine in overtime, but fell to 14-9-5 (2.11 GAA, .926 SV%, 2 SO) . . . Sharks captain Joe Pavelski recorded his 16th goal of the season (33 GP), tied for seventh in the NHL, to extend his point streak to four games (3-4—7) . . . Capitals defenseman John Carlson collected one assist to extend his point streak to a career-high six games (2-5—7) . . . Lightning forward Mike Angelidis picked up his second NHL goal (12 GP) and first since Jan. 24, 2012 vs. CBJ, when he made his League debut.
