FLYERS INDUCT LINDROS, LECLAIR INTO HALL OF FAME
The Flyers will try to snap a three-game losing streak when they play host to the Wild at Wells Fargo Center. Prior to the tilt, the team will induct Eric Lindros and John LeClair into the Flyers Hall of Fame. Lindros compiled 290-369—659 in eight seasons with the club (486 GP), was named the 11th captain in franchise history at the age of 21 and became the second player in Flyers history to win the Hart Trophy (1994-95). Leclair played 10 seasons in Philadelphia, totaling 333-310—643 in 649 GP, including three consecutive 50-goal campaigns (1995-96 through 1997-98).

“I am honored to be inducted into the Flyers Hall of Fame, a hall full of diversity,” said Lindros. “What made this news even more special is to hear that I will be entering alongside John, who I had the good fortune of playing with for most of my time in Philly. I look forward to seeing old friends and to be back in the Wells Fargo Center alongside the Flyer Faithful.”

“I’m very excited and very honored,” added LeClair. “The time I spent in Philadelphia was just terrific, and the experiences I had playing in the city and with the fans were some of the most exciting moments.”

KESLER RETURNS TO VANCOUVER
Former Canuck Ryan Kesler returns to Vancouver for the first time when the Ducks visit Rogers Arena. Kesler, the 23rd overall selection by the Canucks in the 2003 NHL Draft, played the first 10 seasons of his NHL career in Vancouver, totaling 182-211—393 in 655 GP and capturing the Selke Trophy in 2010-11. He was traded (along with a third-round pick) to Anaheim during the offseason in exchange for Nick Bonino, Luca Sbisa and a pair of draft picks. Kesler already has faced the Canucks once this season; Vancouver won a 2-1 shootout decision Nov. 9 at ANA.

“It’s going to be an emotional night for me, but if they boo me, it’ll probably jack me up even more,” Kesler said. “It’s going to be fun [tonight]. It’s going to be an intense night, and I’m looking forward to it.”

TALBOT, RANGERS CONTINUE HOME DOMINANCE OF FLYERS
Cam Talbot stopped all 31 shots he faced to record his fourth career shutout (first of the season) and backstop the Rangers to their ninth consecutive regular-season home victory over the Flyers (dating to March 6, 2011).

* Prior to their current run, the last time the Rangers won at least nine straight regular-season home games against any opponent was from Jan. 14, 1990 – Nov. 4, 1992, when they recorded 11 consecutive home wins, also against the Flyers (longest such streak in franchise history).

* The Rangers have allowed two or fewer goals in every game during their current streak against the Flyers, including three shutouts. They have outscored the Flyers 33-9 during the nine-game stretch.

* Overall, the Rangers now have won 14 of their last 18 regular-season meetings with the Flyers (dating to March 6, 2011).

* Talbot recorded his fourth career shutout in his 23rd start (and 26th overall appearance). Per Elias, only two other goaltenders in Rangers history have posted at least four shutouts in their first 23 starts with the club: John Ross Roach (9 in 1928-29) and Lorne Chabot (6 in 1926-27).

* Elias also says that Talbot became the first Rangers goaltender other than Henrik Lundqvist to pick up a win against the Flyers since Oct. 11, 2008, when Steve Valiquette made 25 saves in a 4-3 victory at PHI. The last Rangers goaltender other than Lundqvist to beat the Flyers at Madison Square Garden was Kevin Weekes, who made 21 saves in a 3-2 shootout win April 4, 2006.

* Rick Nash scored his 13th goal of the season, one off the League lead held by Tyler Seguin. Nash now registered at least one point in 14 of 19 games in 2014-15, pacing the club with 20 total.

* Kevin Klein recorded his second game-winning goal of the season (also Oct. 21 at NJD) and the fourth of his career. Prior to 2014-15, he had not scored such a goal since Feb. 25, 2012 vs. SJS (w/ NSH).

CANUCKS EDGE OILERS IN SEESAW AFFAIR
After surrendering three separate leads (2-0, 3-1 and 4-3), Yannick Weber scored the tiebreaking goal midway through the third period to lift the Canucks to their fourth victory over the Oilers in 2014-15.

* Weber (1-1—2) registered his third career game-winning goal and first multi-point game since Oct. 9, 2011 at WPG (1-1—2 w/ MTL).

* Ryan Miller made 28 saves to improve to 11-0-0 with a 1.99 goals-against average, .930 save percentage and one shutout in 11 career appearances against the Oilers. He has started all four games against them this season, posting a 4-0-0 record with a 2.45 goals-against average, .914 save percentage and one shutout.

* Per Elias, Miller’s 11-0-0 record against the Oilers is the third-most wins without a loss against one team in NHL history. His 11-game winning streak also is the longest versus one opponent by any active goaltender (regardless of career losses).

* The line of Daniel Sedin (0-3—3), Radim Vrbata (2-0—2) and Henrik Sedin (0-2—2) combined for 2-5—7. In four games against the Oilers this season, the trio has compiled 6-14—20.

* At 13-6-0 (26 points), the Canucks rank third in the Western Conference and one point behind the Ducks (11-4-5, 27 points) for the top spot in the Pacific Division.

* The Canucks improved to 13-4-1 in their last 18 meetings with the Oilers (dating to Dec. 26, 2011).

LOOSE PUCKS
Oilers forward Steven Pinizzotto posted 1-1—2 in his season debut, including his first NHL goal. At 30 years, 207 days, Elias says Pinizzotto is the third-oldest player in Oilers history to record his first NHL goal, following Ilya Byakin (30 years, 277 days) and Jaroslav Pouzar (30 years, 255 days) . . . Flyers goaltender Steve Mason made 32 saves, his fifth consecutive 30-plus save performance . . . Down 3-1 midway through the second period, Oilers forwards Teddy Purcell and Boyd Gordon scored 11 seconds apart to even the game. The goals were four seconds shy of the franchise record for fastest two strikes, set Nov. 23, 2009 vs. PHX (by Sheldon Souray and Ales Hemsky at 11:07 and 11:14, respectively, of the first period) . . . Flyers defenseman Michael Del Zotto logged 16:09 of ice-time in his return to Madison Square Garden. The 20th overall selection by the Rangers in the 2008 NHL Draft, Del Zotto collected 26-95—121 during five seasons in New York (292 GP) . . . ICYMI: The NHL announced that the ‘dry scrape’ of the ice surface prior to the start of overtime will be eliminated, effective for the games of Saturday, Nov. 22 . . . EPIX announced the U.S. broadcast details for its two-part, eight-episode NHL seriesRoad to the NHL Winter Classic and Road to the NHL Stadium Series . . . NHL Central Scouting released its 2014-15 November Players to Watch List Update for the 2015 NHL Draft . . . Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler shared his journey to the NHL . . .
