THREE HARD LAPS

*Kirby Dach and Patrick Kane each found the back of the net Sunday to extend personal streaks and help the Blackhawks secure their fourth straight win.

*William Karlsson struck twice to continue his ascent of a rare NHL list.

* The Hockey Hall of Fame is set to induct four players and two builders – and also honor two media members – as part of its 2019 class.

NHL Morning Skate — Nov. 18, 2019

18-YEAR-OLD DACH SCORES TWICE TO EXTEND POINT STREAK
Kirby Dach (2-0—2), 18, recorded the first multi-goal game of his NHL career to extend his point streak to four contests (4-2—6) and help the Blackhawks improve to 5-0-1 in their last six outings, including four straight wins. The third overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft became the fourth different 18-year-old in franchise history to record a point streak of four or more games.

* Dach became the third 18-year-old in franchise history to record a multi-goal game (regular season or playoffs), joining Eddie Olczyk in Game 1 of the 1985 Division Semifinals (2-1—3 vs. DET) and Patrick Kane on Oct. 23, 2007 (2-2—4 vs. CBJ).

* Kane, now 30, scored Sunday to extend his point streak to nine games (8-9—17), which includes recording at least one goal in each of his last six contests (7-6—13). His six-game goal streak is the longest by any player in the NHL this season.

KARLSSON TALLIES TWO AS VEGAS INCHES CLOSER TO 200TH ALL-TIME GAME
William Karlsson (2-1—3), the only player to have appeared in each of the 186 all-time regular-season games contested by the Golden Knights, scored his 74th and 75th goals with the club (75-82—157). That’s already tied for the eighth-most by a player through a modern-era franchise’s first 200 all-time regular-season games.

* Two players had a higher goal total than Wayne Gretzky’s 156 noted above through any NHL franchise’s first 200 all-time regular-season games: Cy Denneny with the original Ottawa Senators (212-76—288) and Babe Dye with Toronto (164-39—203), which was known as the St. Patricks during his tenure with the club.

* Marc-Andre Fleury (34 saves) recorded his 58th career regular-season shutout to pass Clint Benedict and Pekka Rinne (both w/ 57) for sole possession of 20th place on the NHL's all-time list; only Henrik Lundqvist (63; 16th) has more among active goaltenders. Fleury earned his 449th career regular-season win to move within one of becoming the seventh goaltender in League history to record 450.

QUICK CLICKS

* Oskar Sundqvist fined for charging
* Vaclav Nedomansky’s first encounter with Dennis Hull led to lifelong friendship
* Derek Grant earns right to name friend's child after scoring hat trick
* Jonathan Huberdeau tries to diversify his game with more shots, goals for Panthers
* Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Coyotes benefitting from addition of assistant Phil Housley
