What is Team Europe? It is sort of a refugee camp. What is Team North America? It is a notion — and, accidentally, a wonderful one. It is a bunch of U-23 Canadians and Americans that is coursing with skill and speed. I’m rooting for them because the only way this World Cup can come anywhere close to the passion, drama and exposure of an Olympics is if they win the whole thing. Wouldn’t that be an interesting twist?
