The television networks have to be drooling over the possibility of showing two Canadian teams playing almost every night there is hockey to be shown. It could be the Maple Leafs versus the Canadiens every Saturday night and, if not, why not the Oilers versus the Flames, the rekindled Battle of Alberta, or the Canucks against the Jets … the possibilities aren’t necessarily endless but they are indeed intriguing.
